About the role
As a member of the Product Team, you will play a key role in driving the Swedish product strategy for the Heartbeat AI Platform, energy tariff, and 1KOMMA5° Native App. You will work closely with international and local teams to ensure successful product launches, market positioning, and ongoing innovation in the energy sector.

Tasks

• Develop and execute the Swedish product strategy in line with company vision and market needs.
• Collaborate with international and local stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and strategic alignment.
• Support product launches and market positioning to maximize customer and partner value.
• Monitor technological advancements and regulatory changes to drive product innovation.
• Oversee the development process to ensure high-quality product delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for cohesive product development and implementation.
• Build and leverage networks within the Swedish energy market to foster partnerships and business opportunities.
  

We are looking for someone who

An experienced and strategic product manager with a deep understanding of the Swedish energy market and a passion for driving innovation in renewable energy solutions. You thrive in dynamic environments and excel at stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

We believe you have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Renewable Energies, Energy Systems, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
• Proven track record of managing complex products and projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of the Swedish energy market and regulatory environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• High level of responsibility, self-motivation, and innovative thinking.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
• Established network within the Swedish energy market.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Swedish and English.
• Experience working with home energy management systems or related technologies.
